Hereford History Day

We have been invited to host an event on the Castle Green Hereford, the site of the original castle. This year is the 370^th anniversary of the siege of Hereford by a Scottish army 15,000 strong led by Alexander Leslie, First Earl of Leven fighting for Parliament. We are re-enacting part of the siege by having canon display and then a skirmish on the Castle Green which is the original site of the castle, and close to remaining earthworks from the siege.

It is a free event for the public so a good turnout is expected.
