Old Leigh Shanty Festival

A wealth of Shanties & Folk Music in Old Leigh Town in Essex.
A weekend with a score of shanty crews who will navigate their way to the atmospheric fishing village of Leigh on Sea to celebrate in the only way they know how singing songs of the sea.
This year the event will be joined by The Sealed Knot society, showing what life was like for soldiers in the English Civil War.
Performance Times:
- Saturday:1.15pm. 2.45pm., 4.45pm
- Sunday: 12.30pm, 2.30pm
